The Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving Officer will play a key role in designing and executing programs that deepen alumni involvement, increase annual fund participation, and foster a culture of giving. This position helps ensure that NFA alumni feel informed, valued, and motivated to stay connected and give back.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages the Alumni Engagement Assistant and alumni volunteer groups.
Status: Exempt
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of experience in an advancement office or nonprofit organization in annual giving, donor relations, or communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style. Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT and Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Experience writing donor-centric appeals, compelling alumni profiles, and social media narratives. Able to manage a busy calendar and multiple projects and deadlines. Proven ability to manage relationships across departments and volunteer groups toward shared goals. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing engagement programs.
