We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our school community for the 2026 - 2027 school year. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated teacher to join a supportive, collaborative team and make a meaningful impact during these early years.

Experience and Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in elementary education or a related field; advanced degree(s) preferable, not required
• Teaching certification preferred.
• Experience working with early childhood or elementary aged children
• Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor
• A solid understanding of child development, varied learning styles, and effective strategies for dealing with such differences
• Well-developed, effective classroom management skills
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Works well in a collaborative model with other administrators, teachers,  and parents
• Experience with integrating technology into the classroom
• Ability to engage and inspire students, parents, and families
