Job Title: Junior Boarding Program Staff Member

Duration: Mid-April – Mid-June 2026

Purpose: Leave Replacement

Reports to: Head of School and Associate Head of School

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the supervision of the dormitory program. Duties to include: management of dormitory students Monday through Thursday; creation and oversight of individual activities for dorm students; aid in the design and implementation of study hall, bedtime, and recreation programs for students. Contact with parents/guardians of dorm students, as appropriate. Work with the Junior Boarding Program staff and on campus faculty to ensure dorm safety and security. 
  • Be present: Monday – Thursday, 2:45 p.m. to 10:15 p.m., dormitory coverage.
  • Other duties related to the position as directed by the Head of School or her designee.

Expected Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in education, a field related to the junior boarding program, or other field acceptable to the School
  • Certified in first aid and CPR
  • Driver's License with an “A” endorsement (preferred, but not required)
  • Restraint and Seclusion certification
  • Alternative credentials deemed appropriate by the School.
