Job Summary
The Director of Financial Leadership is responsible for overseeing and coordinating financial literacy, economics, business, and financial leadership curricula across all three School divisions. This position collaborates closely with Division Heads, Department Chairs, faculty, and the Associate Head of School for Teaching & Learning to develop interdisciplinary opportunities that integrate financial study into existing courses and to design new courses, workshops, speaker series, and experiential learning opportunities. In addition, the Director oversees the school's externship program, cultivating mission-aligned partnerships and ensuring meaningful, developmentally appropriate professional experiences that empower girls to explore careers, build confidence, and develop real-world financial and leadership skills.
