The CFO and Director of Operations is a key position, providing strategic direction and oversight across all financial domains. Reporting to the Head of School and collaborating closely with the Board of Trustees, responsibilities include finance and accounting, building & grounds operations, risk management, human resources and transportation. Two direct reports, a Business Office Associate Accountant and a Facility Coordinator, support day-to-day management and compliance in these areas. In addition, this position plays a pivotal role in supporting special projects and strategic initiatives that advance the school’s mission and priorities.
