Westover School is an independent boarding and day school for girls in grades 9–12, grounded in the core values of strength of character, women’s empowerment, passion for learning, and community. Our athletics program plays an integral role in developing confident, resilient student-athletes who value teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.
Westover School seeks an enthusiastic, adaptable, and student-centered Head Track Coach (Running Events) to launch and lead our newly established Track program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a program from the ground up, shaping its culture, identity, and training philosophy. The Head Track Coach will focus exclusively on running events, including sprints, middle-distance, long-distance, and relays.
As Westover does not currently have an on-campus track facility, the ideal candidate will be flexible, creative, and resourceful in designing effective practices using on-campus spaces, nearby trails, conditioning areas, and occasional off-campus track facilities.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
