The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in English, a master’s degree is preferred, and 1-3 years of experience teaching English to middle school students. The candidate should be able to provide lesson plans and a portfolio of assignments that reflect current and research-supported educational practices. The candidate should be energetic, approachable, knowledgeable, and eager to participate in a dynamic learning community.
