The NFA Foundation seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This full-time role involves managing daily office operations, maintaining donor and alumni records in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge/NXT, processing gifts and financial reports, and assisting with events and donor engagement. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, has strong communication skills, and delivers exceptional customer service. Nonprofit experience and familiarity with CRM databases are preferred. This is a 12 month position working 37 hours per week.
