The Whitby Montessori Children's House seeks a full-time teacher for our Stepping Stones Program (students ages 18 -36 months). Candidates will possess knowledge and experience with early childhood. Montessori pedagogy is preferred but not required. The teacher must be comfortable working in a team environment and will be encouraged to contribute positively to all areas of child development while monitoring and assessing student progress.
The incumbent will communicate closely with the team teachers and parents while displaying warmth, enthusiasm, and an openness to others' perspectives. Teachers will be expected to contribute and share feedback with parents during conferences and in written reports.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a related field or working toward completion of a degree
