Senior Director of Principal & Leadership Giving

The Frederick Gunn School seeks an experienced, strategic, and relationship-driven fundraising professional to lead the school’s principal and major giving efforts. This position plays a critical role in advancing the school’s mission and long-term sustainability by cultivating meaningful philanthropic partnerships.

Following the successful completion of a historic $100M comprehensive campaign, the Senior DIrector will build upon this momentum to inspire new levels of giving from alumni, parents, and friends of the school. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO), the Senior Director will oversee leadership fundraising efforts, manage a team of dedicated advancement professionals, and collaborate closely with the Head of School, senior administrators, and key volunteers to develop engagement and solicitation strategies.
